Launch of The Hot School Meals Programme in Clashmore National School!

Today (Tuesday the 21^st November, 2023) was a momentous occasion for the whole school community of Clashmore National School, as the hot meals scheme was launched in the school. There was a lovely aroma filling the air in the school, as the children enjoyed their first hot meal provided by Glanmore Foods Ltd. Both Mary O`Rourke, the hot foods operative and Joan Egan Area Manager for Glanmore Foods were on site to ensure that the complete operation ran smoothly. As it was a special occasion, the Ice-cream van arrived with dessert for each child! It was a wonderful day enjoyed by all. We look forward to many more days like this.
